I have gone through many different mortgage brokers prior to meeting Rajeev. Rajeev is the most patient mortgage broker I’ve encountered and also the most knowledgeable about the bank’s lending process and the products available. Our construction loan process was continuously being delayed due to an incompetent mortgage broker. However, within only a short time of contacting Rajeev, we were able to finally approve our construction loan to begin building our dream house.
Rajeev is always there to assist with any issues or questions I had; he always returns my phone call, even on the weekends or when he’s away on holiday. The loan process was much smoother and had no complications when processed by Rajeev as compared to our previous mortgage broker who continuously delayed the process. The process with Rajeev was again nice and easy, he took the time to find and put together the right package that was suited to my situation, and also took the time to extend our understanding of the loan process.
